Wolverton, NOW the rule IS Official. . .

You may have noticed the new signs…Wolverton is closed to bikes.  It always has been that way, but the Forest Service has recently put in new signs and is strongly encouraging bike users to honor the closure.  The long term goal is to get this trail open to bikes, but it will be considerably more difficult if the current rules are not honored.  Let’s help the Forest Service to make this amazing trail legit and NOT use it.

BETTER YET: Head up a little further and hit up Firebox for your high country Aspen ride, and be sure to comment any chance you get that you’d like Wolverton to be open to bikes.

Regarding trail conditions, personally we think they are all riding beautifully. MORE MOISTURE is good reason to get your ass out and ride!!!
